An Arete Greek Campus Manager is a college student who connects chapters and student organizations on their campus with Arete Greek for custom apparel, and earns commission on every order they bring in. You are the link between your campus and our design and production team: you find the groups that need merch, help them get started, and we handle the designing, producing, and shipping. It is a paid, commission-based role with no joining fee, built around your class schedule.

You earn 8 to 12% of the invoice value on every order you bring in, and the rate increases as you grow. There is no cap, so the more your campus orders, the more you make. There is also no hourly wage and no joining fee: this is a commission role, which means your earnings reflect the effort and consistency you put in. We do not publish a fixed "you will make X per semester" figure, because your earnings depend on your campus, your network, and how actively you work the role, and we would rather be straight with you than promise a number we cannot guarantee.
