Refund policy

At ARETE GREEK, every order is produced with care and attention to detail. Because most of our products are custom-made, our return and refund policy differs from that of standard retail items.
Custom Orders
All custom apparel and personalized products are made specifically for each customer. For this reason, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Color preference
- Design preference after final approval
- Ordering the wrong quantity
Please review all order details and design proofs carefully before approving production.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production has started.
Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible because your products are being custom manufactured.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced.
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of preference
- Normal variations in color or print placement that are common in custom production
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom T-Shirts
- Custom Hoodies
- Custom Sweatshirts
- Custom Hats
- Personalized Apparel
- Products with customer-provided artwork or logos
